Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred — and will refund you in full if we do.

Pricing

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include applicable taxes where stated. Delivery costs are shown before you confirm payment.

Your right to cancel

Consumer cancellation rights apply in addition to our returns policy and are not affected by it.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access accounts that are not yours, scrape the catalogue at scale, or resell using our branding without written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
