Returns & Exchanges

The short version

You have 14 days from delivery to start a return. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, and have their tags attached.

How to return

• Open your order from your account and choose Start a return.
• Print the label, or request a QR code if your carrier supports it.
• Drop the parcel off. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of arrival.

Exchanges

The fastest route is to return the original and place a new order — sizes on limited runs sell through quickly, and this way you secure the size you want immediately.

What we cannot accept

• Worn, washed, or altered pieces.
• Items returned without tags.
• Final-sale items, which are marked as such on the product page.

Faulty items are exempt from all of the above. If something arrives damaged, contact us and we will make it right.
