What we collect
- Account details you give us: name, email, phone, addresses.
- Order history and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed.
Why we collect it
- To take payment, fulfil and deliver your orders, and handle returns.
- To provide account features such as order history and saved addresses.
- To detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To send marketing, only where you have opted in. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Camera and virtual try-on
Try-on runs entirely in your browser, on your device. The camera feed is never uploaded, never sent to our servers, and never stored — by us or by anyone else. Access is requested only when you press Start camera, and the stream is released as soon as you close the panel. If you capture an image, it is saved directly to your own device.
The pose-detection model itself is downloaded from a public CDN (jsDelivr and Google's model host). Those providers see the request for the model file; they do not see your camera.
Who we share it with
Payment processing, delivery, email delivery, and hosting providers, strictly as needed to run the store. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Order records are retained for the period required by tax and accounting law in our jurisdiction. Account data is kept until you delete your account.
